  It is very important to communicate on a regular basis with your fans, keeping them updated on your project activities. Doing so will also keep your project fresh in their mind, which will increase the likelihood that they will visit your website on a regular basis and talk about your project to their family, friends and acquaintances. Ultra Entertainment will draft a monthly email to your registered fan base summarizing your current and upcoming activities. We will organize and engage your fan base in a monthly referral, or other type of contest/activity. Will encourage your fan base to participate in activities on your website such as your message board, live chat, MP3 player, etc...
• Monthly Referral Contest or Related Activity
  Our goal at Ultra Entertainment is to help you to increase the daily traffic to your website. The more visitors you have the more potential registered users you will have!! Each month we will assist you in the organization of a monthly referral contest, or other related activity, to help increase the traffic to your website. Other activities could include a monthly radio request promotion or flyer distribution project. We will help you to decide which promotion project is the best for your project each month and assist with its implementation. You will come up with the rewards and rules, with our help if needed, and we will handle posting the contest and running it.
• News/Tour Updates
  Keeping your website information current is very important in the overall presentation of your project. As part of your monthly package, we will update your tour and news information on a regular basis. Simply email us with your updated information and we will handle the upload on to your website. We will also make sure that your information is current and moves into your archived news on the dates you select. If you have other information you would like loaded into your website such as new photos, music, etc… we can also assist with your upload as part of this service package.
