Ultra Entertainment Order Status Update System
At Ultra Entertainment we constantly strive to provide our customers with superior service. As a part of that commitment, we have launched a new system that guarantees effective communication between our production department and our customers. This foolproof system not only eliminates human error in production and ensures that your project will move along with no delay, but it also keeps you informed each step of the way!

As each portion of your production is completed, your job enters a new queue for our production department. Our system carries the project through design, pre-press, manufacturing, packaging and shipping seamlessly. This eliminates the risk of your job getting put aside or delayed. It also eliminates costly and time-consuming human errors.

Not only do we track your project each step of the way, we also share this information with you! From the moment you place your order you will receive emailed status updates as your order moves along through each step of production. These updates can give you peace of mind in knowing that your project will arrive on time. No more wondering when your project will arrive! Below you will find a list of the ‘status points’ that will trigger your update and a detail of each.
General Detail Updates
This section covers your order detail. The details include your project name, quantity ordered, packaging choice, initial projected ship date and shipping and billing addresses. This is the general information on your order that helps you double-check the details to avoid potential errors. It is important to review this for accuracy after your order is placed.
Pre-Production Details
  • Project Created – This is the date your order was placed in our system.
  • Files Last Uploaded/Received – This is the date your artwork files are uploaded. If you resubmit or send new files, this date will change with each upload.
  • Disc Master Received - This is the date we receive your master. We need at least 24 hours to process your master from intake into production.
  • IPR Received – This is the date your Intellectual Property Rights form is received. This form must be on file to start production.
  • Terms & Conditions Received – This is the date your Terms & Conditions form is received. This form must be on file to start production.
  • Print and Disc Proofs Sent – This alerts you that your pre-press reviewer has sent your proofs.
  • Print and Disc Proofs Approved – This is the date you have approved your artwork proofs. After you artwork is approved and your master and forms are on file, your project can begin production.
Production Details
  • Print Production Started/Complete – These are the dates that we have started and completed the printing portion of your order. Printing generally refers to your ‘paper’ parts such as inserts and tray cards.
  • Disc Production Started/Discs Burned – These dates indicate we have started and completed the CD burning process. If you are doing Replication, these dates would reflect when your CDs have completed the stamping/molding process.
  • Discs Printed/Discs Complete – This date indicates the date your discs have been printed and are ready for the packaging stage.
  • Packaging Production Started/Packaging Complete – These dates indicate your order has started and has completed the packaging process. Packaging generally includes the jewelcase and overwrapping process.
  • Shipment Complete – This is the final notification and provides you with the date your project has shipped and the tracking number. We also confirm the shipping address we have on file in all of your status updates.

It eliminates the headache of constantly calling to confirm that your project is on-track and also ensures that you will receive your order in time for your concert, party or special event!
